About Us

Stoke & Cheshire Home Physiotherapy is a home-visit physiotherapy service, where the experienced state-registered physiotherapist COMES TO YOU.

If getting out of the house to visit a physiotherapy clinic is difficult, or if you require the flexibility of home visits or an out-of-hours appointment, then we can help.

We have a detailed and comprehensive understanding of human anatomy, physiology and pathology, backed up by over 25 years of post-registration experience and pre- and post-doctoral research into musculo-skeletal disease.

 

Our Services

We specialise in musculo-skeletal injuries and the rehabilitation of chronic long-term conditions, particularly in the older adult.

Based on a thorough diagnostic assessment and your particular preferences, we offer sound evidence-based advice and a variety of therapies, aimed at getting you back to optimal function.

Our fees

Our fee structure is simple and transparent. The client pays for the physiotherapy visit, based on its duration.

Travelling time and petrol expenses are factored into these fees and NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES will be made, unless the client wishes to buy any equipment (elasticated supports, braces, splints, arch supports, or other orthoses).

 

Safeguarding

  • You will be asked to provide a chaperone for the visits or, if you don’t feel that this is required, will be asked to sign a disclaimer to that effect.
  • A photograph of the visiting physiotherapist will be emailed or texted to you prior to the visit for purposes of identification.
